The US Constitution still has a purpose. While it no longer serves as the basis of our legal system, it does give lawyers plenty of mental exercise finding ways to subvert its clear intent. Free speech? Not if private monopolies censor you. Freedom of assembly? Not if a masked mob gets there first.

But the system’s most outrageous abuse of Americans’ supposed rights have been against due process. Most white Americans do not think about this. For them the places and processes of the legal system–courtrooms, jailhouses, making bail, exhaustive and invasive searches–are elements of a good story, not the objects of their constant dread.

It is perhaps for this reason that so many have failed to notice, let alone care about, what has been going on in Charlottesville, VA. The James Fields show trial was bad enough, but that was only the beginning of the politically motivated prosecutions.

Almost ten months ago, four young men were arrested in California. The charge? “[Traveling] in interstate commerce…with the intent to incite a riot” and “conspiracy.” The evidence? They had been identified in year-old footage as having been at the 2017 Charlottesville Unite the Right Rally. Their final sentencing is today.

Since their arrest, they have been subjected to the worst horrors of the federal “justice” system. They were seized, transported across the country, arraigned and then refused bail. Over six months later, in what any reasonable person would see as a violation of habeas corpus and the sixth amendment, they were still in jail, having been repeatedly thrown into solitary confinement, with no hope that they would receive a fair trial, and, facing years in prison, they accepted plea deals.

The four men–Benjamin Daley, Thomas Gillen, Michael Miselis and Cole White–were not members of a terrorist organization, but a club called the Rise Above Movement (RAM), which was mainly concerned with bettering its members physical and moral fitness. In August 2017, they traveled from California to Virginia to attend Unite the Right, where anarchist thugs, many of them masked, screamed at them, blocked their path, and eventually attacked them. So of course, when they dared to defend themselves, they doomed themselves to prosecution. If you don’t believe me, study the video (description included with YouTube link).

The RAM boys’ experience was by no means unique. Several others have been subjected to similarly unjust treatment. It bears repeating that Unite the Right–a legally permitted political demonstration–was intentionally hindered by anarchist thugs and then broken up and crushed by State Power. This is not guesswork. It is, in fact, the conclusion of a 200-page authoritative report, commissioned by the city of Charlottesville itself, and compiled by the law firm of a former US State’s Attorney, Timothy Heaphy, which finds that city and state authorities–whether by incompetence or intent–created a volatile and dangerous situation.

Schematic showing how police pushed alt-right demonstrators out of Lee Park into the Antifa mob
Schematic showing how police pushed alt-right demonstrators out of Lee Park into the Antifa mob

I find this recitation of facts tedious. And yet, it is necessary because the truth has been so twisted by the Jewish press like ProPublica and their lackeys in the government. Many hundreds of American citizens, mostly young men, came to voice their opposition to the extreme left’s campaign of smashing historical icons, and, more generally, to express their dissatisfaction with the leadership of those who wield political power and cultural influence. They came to put on a legal, political demonstration. When that demonstration was illegally broken up, the RAM men left the area.

The government’s key piece of “evidence” against them is that they “taped their fists” (Affidavit, see paragraph 15) and were thus prepared for violence, as if that proved criminal intent. “Well,” a fair-minded person would ask, “Why would they expect there to be violence?” Preparing for violence does not mean one intends to provoke it. If that fair-minded person reflected further, these four young men had every reason–given countless instances of Antifa rioting in the months before Charlottesville–to expect that the rally would be attacked by masked anarchist thugs, and that police would fail to defend them. This expectation was proved right.

      Jus’ doin’ muh job.
      Jus’ doin’ muh job.

The real crime of the RAM four was their political affiliation. As supporters of the Alt-Right, they have been targeted for selective justice. They were arrested specifically because the federal authorities caved to political pressure from leftist organizations. Weeks before the arrests, the Jewish-dominated “non-profit investigative journalistic” organization ProPublica ran a propaganda film that featured the men, resulting, as you would expect, in them being fired from their jobs, and later arrested.

If these young men had a lot of money, they could immediately sue ProPublica–a private espionage firm masquerading as a press outlet–for tortious interference and defamation. But clearly none of them or their families have the sort of resources that would allow them to put up a real fight against such a well-coordinated political inquisition. Indeed, it is unlikely that they would be able to find a lawyer–for any amount of money–who understood the political and public dimensions of their plight.

Just another day in the Weimar Republic of America, right? Not quite. Their case is peculiar for another reason. The ProPublica “documentary” that uncovered the men’s identities relied on information from an Antifa blog, which in turn was cited in the Feds’ indictment. Not just cited, mind you. The federal investigator copy-pasted whole paragraphs of irrelevant Marxian whining into the official document.

      image

Not that this is very surprising. It has become a regular practice for prosecutors to make the most outlandish claims and to pursue the most outrageous charges, in hopes of securing a plea or a settlement on something, in order to overcome our legal system’s default assumption of innocence. They treat due process as if it were a used-car negotiation. Like everything else in our political order, good faith and fair play have given way to Talmudism. Bully a man for long enough with terrorist charges and lock him up with MS-13 gang-bangers, and you are sure to extract a plea.

So, predictably, the RAM four have all pleaded out. And who could blame them? Every man has his limits, and they proved that they have far more endurance than most. Daley, Gillen and Miselis in particular are to be commended for refusing to make a deal with corrupt prosecutors for as long as they did. Even that submission was not enough for federal prosecutors, who added “hate crimes” charges after the plea deals were signed. Those charges could add months on to their sentences. We will see what happens today in court.

But all of this brings us to the bigger question: At this point, what ethical obligation has any American to follow the law? If he cooperates with its agents, he should know that his good faith and intentions will be used against him, without fail and without regret. If he adheres to its tenets, he can be sure that he weakens his own position in economic and social competition against those who are less inhibited than he. If he demands that its judges apply it to those who, with the indulgence of the political elite, flout its spirit and torture its letter, he can be certain that such insolence will be punished, by official or unofficial means. If, pushed to the last extreme, deprived of all state protection, he dares exert his rights by force, no amount of justification, no show of restraint, no appeal to sympathy or sanity will suffice to save him.

No. I might go so far as to say, that he should not let himself be bound by the unjust rule-system of his enemies. It would be more noble for him to undercut the law at every turn, to ridicule its enforcers and hold them in contempt. Well advised would be the man, who, having been dragged into court to answer some ridiculous, Jewish accusation, would say nothing, provide nothing, only throw back even more extreme counter-accusations, at both his accusers and at those who pretend to judge him.

Charlottesville Circuit Court Judge Richard Moore
Charlottesville Circuit Court Judge Richard Moore

For the law is no longer the code by which honest disputes may be regulated and criminal elements repressed, but the plaything of a vicious and hostile elite, who have no end but the preservation of their own unjust power and unearned privileges. And only by selective enforcement can they prevent the rise of those who are their moral superiors.

Any news on the CIVIL case against Unite the Right members/protesters in Charlottesville, brought by “Integrity First for America,” a group of gay/female Jewish lawyers from New York City?

That civil case and its goals — to bankrupt, silence and “crush” the nationalist movement, was discussed here:

        FEBRUARY 11, 2019
        Countering Anti-Semitism, Racism and Xenophobia
In this session of the Jewish Council for Public Affairs national conference, panelists focused on countering hate, including anti-Semitism, racism, and xenophobia. Among the panelists included a former FBI agent who investigated hate crimes.

Interesting factoid: I listened to this discussion live, then read the first version of the transcript.
At the very beginning, the two women engaged in what is reasonably characterized as baby-talk: the moderator called for everyone to “Please be seated;” one of the women, I don’t know which, said, “I don’t want to;” then said something about singing a song; she asked the moderator to sing a song — by Patsy Cline, iirc. The mod. declined, with controlled pique. The banter continued for another half-minute or so.

No big deal, but this exchange was subsequently scrubbed from both the video and the transcript.
        I wonder why?
Perhaps because it cast these very important defenders of Integrity First for America in a childish light?

One or both of the women works for a gay rights organization.

        This habit of speech,
like a stuttering infection, is very contagious. Mr. Joyce
even has caught it, and, one of the most pedagogieally
careful of men, has thrown overboard a great deal of
laboriously collected cargo, and romps along at the head
of the fashionable literary world, hand in hand with
Gertrude Stein, both outdoing all children in jolly quaint-
        nesses.

The child-personality, the all-importairt base of this
school that I am attacking, and all that the affecting of
that personality, and of the language of childhood, implies,
is of such decisive importance, that 1 will now, during some
pages, provide a brief analysis of this sudden malady of
childhood that has mysteriously overtaken all our world,
from the hoariest veteran down to the veritable child.

A BRIEF ACCOUNT OF THE CHILD-CULT

I SUPPOSE that there is no one who has not noticed,
passim and without attentiveness, perhaps, in a hun-
dred different forms, the prevalence of what now
amounts to a cult of childhood, and of the Child. This
irresponsible, Peterpannish psychology is the key to the
Utopia of the ” revolutionary ’ Rich ; the people, namely,
who have taken over, have degraded, and are enjoying the
fruits Cf revolutionary scientific innovation — far from its
creative ardours, cynically scornful of its idealisms, but
creating out of its ferments, which they have pillaged, a
        breathless Millennium.

        . . .[I]f you
wish to understand at all a great deal of contemporary art
and thought, even the developments of positive science,
not only to gather up all the dispersed manifestations of
this strange fashion, but — having done so — to trace this
impulse to its source in the terrible and generally hidden
disturbances that have broken the back of our will in the
Western countries, and have already forced us into the
        greatest catastrophes
        .

        Whether these great disturbances
arc for the ultimate good of mankind or not, no one can
claim that they are pleasant, or that they do not paralyse
and weaken the system they attack. Many complaints
        break out in consequence in the midst of our thinking ;
and the instinctive recoil of the stricken system makes it
        assume strange shapes.

What you have to ask yourself is why, exactly, a grown
person should wish to be a child ? — for to use the forms of
infantile or immature life, to make an art of its technical
imperfections, and to exploit its natural ignorance, is, in
some sense, to wish to be a child.
        {snip}
How the demented also joins hands with the child, and the
tricks, often very amusing, of the asylum patient, are
exploited at the same time as the happy inaccuracies of
the infant ; how contemporary inverted-sex fashions are
        affiliated to the Child-cult
; and in fact all the different
factors in this intricate sensibility, being evolved notably
by such writers as Miss Stein, will be found there. Not to
seize the secret of these liaisons is totally to misunderstand
the nature of what is occurring around you to-day.

If I may simplify Lewis’s thoughts: the child-cultists like Stein, and the lesbian lawyers intent on bankrupting and “crushing” Unite the Right protesters, are eager to throw bombs but quick to disclaim responsibility or accountability when lives are destroyed by their actions.

But it may not be so simple. Over $100,000 had been raised for the litigation Israel Folau, a beefy tattooed Rugby footballer is bringing against the Australian Rugby Union which sacked him for saying homosexuals would go to hell. So far so good – the idea of a sporting body sacking a dim athlete for quoting his Scriptures is absurd enough to need to be shown up – but then GoFundMe pulled the plug. I presume GoFundMe is controlled from the US so…. could it be trusted to help pay counsel for these four young Alt-fighters?

It was obvious to libertarians concerned about preserving monuments this was a set-up from the get-go, so stay away. Many of the organizers were ‘floaters’ who had drifted through the libertarian movement as ‘libertarian socialists’ a decade ago, were booted out, then re-appeared as ‘alt-right leaders’ for ‘true libertarianism’ in the year or so before (and again booted out).

Yes, as the POTUS frequently says on many subjects, it’s just common sense.

The Democrats (and allied media’s) play in 2016, is baldy obvious in hindsight. I asked people at the time, did Hillary strike them as lucky? If not, then why was she lucking out on a weekly or daily basis with the racists purportedly “big supporters” of Trump?

I figured if you’re not sharp enough to figure out that, to name just two, David Duke and Richard Spencer belonged to the Clintons, then you get what you deserve.

        Especially at this late date:

        https://rumble.com/v7y6w7-cnn-gives-white-nationalist-richard-spencer-air-time.html

I don’t know what the author of this piece’s story is. Though phrasing like “Jewish accusations” is a big warning flag. Just don’t squirt tears if you eventually learn that he was passing along your name.

Charlottesville was part of the strategy to remove Trump from office shortly after he took the oath. With only him united with the (racist) right and Clinton Republicans in Congress calling for him to resign or face quick Impeachment and Removal.

The good news is not just that their coup attempt failed but that we know who the participants were.

Unless I miss my mark (and I didn’t in 2016), the POTUS is on track for winning reelection in a landslide. He alluded recently to strong Hispanic support. My suspicion is that he is polling well with blacks too (15-20%).

Which explains why they’re shouting so much about racism and deploying their agents provocateur.

        “The center cannot hold”
        Yeats

Example1: Chicago welfare decided that a woman was breastfeeding her infant too long, and had the infant seized because the mother was “introducing a sexual organ into the infant’s mouth”.

Example2: Has anybody noticed the cities in the US are now in open revolt against the Federal Government? Not armed revolt, but open, by “refusing to cooperate” with Federal law enforcement agencies? A few years back the Democrats stopped States from _enforcing_ Federal law. Today, nobody points out open rebellion _against_ Federal law. Q: What would happen if local police arrested ICE agents?

        Generalization:
What we are seeing in Charlottesville, using Mao’s [1] terminology (translated, of course) (https://parallelnarratives.com/the-three-stages-of-maos-revolutionary-warfare/%5D, is called a “shadow government”, a partial duplicate of regular government complete with taxes, police, courts, a mayor, public services, aid to the poor, a career path for the politically ambitious, even armed forces (antifa in the US).
Next step is to set up a “liberated zone” in which the shadow government becomes an open government, revolutionary courts are established, and all opposition vanishes, one way or the other.

Third step, the “liberated zones” coalesce into a nation wide government.

During a search for contemporary references to this theory, I noted that “shadow government” is held as synonymous with “conspiracy theory”, also “nutcase”. Mao really did win China using this technique. The article cited does not mention “shadow government”, but does describe it:

Cadres come to villages to live and work and socialize with the locals. Over time they become trusted. In that newly fertile ground they develop a program, the party line, and recruit followers

        .
To rephrase, the Cadres form a shadow government that displaces the national government.

So: what we’re seeing in Charlottesville is a revolutionary government meting out revolutionary justice. Simple as that.

Were any of those antifa from out of state? Were they brought to justice?

Hard to decide who is who in this alt-right vs antifa melee. Antifa Willem Van Spronsen who was killed by government agents in his attack on the government ICE institution claimed the opposite:

fascist hooligans preying on vulnerable people in our streets, in the name of the state or supported and defended by the state

        and

We are living in visible fascism ascendant. Now it unabashedly follows its agenda with open and full cooperation from the government

        and

Fascism serves the needs of the state serves the needs of business and at your expense. Who benefits? Jeff Bezos, Warren Buffet, Elon Musk, Tim Cook, Bill Gates, Betsy de Vos, George Soros, Donald Trump, and need I go on?

Substitute “fascist” for “leftist” and I could have read these statements on any alt-right blog or manifesto of some lone wolf rightist gone on a mission with an AR-15. And those alt-righters want you to join them to go fight the lefties who are against the government, the state, politicians and the billionaires that the alt-right claims to be against also. If this is the civil war they want I think I’ll sleep it over.

        No longer?

U.S. District Court (Southern California) judge ruled to dismiss federal charges against three reputed members of a Huntington Beach-based white supremacist group who were accused of traveling to incite brawls with protesters

        June 4, 2019

A U.S. District Court (Southern California) judge ruled to dismiss federal charges against three reputed members of a Huntington Beach-based white supremacist group who were accused of traveling to political rallies, in some cases out of state, to incite brawls with protesters

Judge Cormac Carney granted a defense motion Monday to dismiss the two-count indictment, concluding that the federal Anti-Riot Act is “unconstitutionally overbroad in violation of the First Amendment.”

The three defendants are Robert Rundo, 29, of Huntington Beach — who authorities say is a founding member of the Rise Above Movement — Robert Boman, 25, of Torrance and Aaron Eason, 39, of Anza in Riverside County. A grand jury indicted them Nov. 1 on one count each of conspiracy to commit rioting and one count of use of interstate commerce with intent to riot.
In his ruling Monday, Carney said the Anti-Riot Act doesn’t just criminalize violent acts or acts committed during a riot situation. “No violence even need to occur,” he wrote.

“A defendant could be convicted for … posting about a political rally on Facebook or texting friends about when to meet up,” the judge stated.

“One person’s protest might be another person’s riot,” he wrote. “It is easy to champion free speech when it advocates a viewpoint with which we agree. It is much harder when the speech promotes ideas that we find abhorrent.”

But, then, they weren’t faced with an overarching totalitarian state which we are up against today. Accurate and Important. Our surveillance state, with commerce and the institutions gleefully in tow, will compromise and put at risk anyone who seeks to aid patriots, anyone who has seen behind the veil, and indeed anyone who dares to think independently–much less support those who do.

It’s not enough that they continuously vilify us and caricaturize us. They’ll take away what little freedom we have left, and jump at any opportunity to make a test case of anyone they can. from the CNN video, ADL’s Joanna Mendelsohn:

        ” ‘Prominent white supremacists, Neo-Nazis and anti-Muslim bigots have fully embraced Trump’s recent tweets. . . .’
[His tweets are having an impact on American society as a whole.]
‘Essentially it normalizes hate and it makes it acceptable, and it lowers our bar, our tolerance for what is allowed in our country. And THAT is dangerous.’ “

Fascinating that ADL is so concerned about the “danger” of “anti-Muslim bigots” and the “normalizing” impact anti-Muslim bigots are having on “American society as a whole.”

Phil Giraldi’s essay this week tackled the issue of the Black school principal in Boca Raton, FL who was chastised and may be further punished for failing to fully endorse teaching the Holocaust™ as a “fact not a belief,” and for supporting the rights of parents to decide whether their children should participate in Holocaust™ education activities.
        https://www.unz.com/pgiraldi/teaching-holocaust/

The most significant term in the above paragraph is “BocaRaton.”
Parkland, FL is about a dozen miles from BocaRaton. Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland is where Nikolas Cruz, whose mother is Jewish, shot 17 students and gave rise to a student-led, Hollywood-supported march in DC and invitations to testify in Congress in favor of gun control. One of the students who testified in Congress stated that she was in a class on the Holocaust™ when the shooting occurred.
So it seems that Holocaust™ education is entrenched in at least one high school in the Boca Raton area.

        Joanna Mendelsohn should be pleased.

        On the other hand —

Boca Raton is also the home-base for Citizens for National Security (CfNS) https://cfns.us/leadership-team/ ,* which for over a decade has been in the business of combing through public school textbooks, sniffing out representations of Islam that are insufficiently negative or inappropriately positive.
An “Initial Report” produced by CfNS in Dec., 2009 stated:

Students in K-12 schools lack the experience and skills to validate most of what they hear, easily absorb propaganda, tend to believe what their textbooks and teachers tell them, and form opinions that are difficult to change once established. Zealous promoters of Islam trying

Which of the above were elected by the parents and taxpayers of Florida or of “American society as a whole”?

Does Joanna Mendelsohn of the ADL have a problem with the activities of Citizens for National Security that seeks to normalize censorship of the way that Islam is represented in American public schools?

But CFNS seeks to function on a much wider scope than just public school education.
        Its “Task Forces”

“. . . focus on, or support, the academic community, Congress, the media, and other establishments and professionals where intelligence and national security issues are in play. These task forces work in teams drawn from CFNS’s citizen members who choose to become active in combating specific dangers posed by radical Islam and other extremist ideologies. They are educated and enabled to undertake research projects which promise to offer enormous resources for individuals and organizations on the ground working daily to resist the threats to our country from militant Islam.”

In their role as volunteer/citizen “support” to Congress, etc., CFNS goes where the government of the people is proscribed from intruding:

“government departments and agencies are not even allowed by law to investigate the types of matters, or ask the kind of questions in their research, that we have in mind. But, as private citizens, we have no such restrictions.”

Some of the “types of matters” that CFNS “private citizens” investigate include:

TASK FORCE 3. Conduct research leading to full biographies, financial reports and relationship information regarding members of the various organizations, movements, etc. identified in Task Forces 1 & 2 above.

TASK FORCE 4. Identify “Islamic” businesses, social and religious organizations, schools, etc. throughout North America.

TASK FORCE 5. Catalog all known cases of lawsuits brought or threatened by the Council of American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) against individuals, organizations, government and businesses throughout North America.

Task Force 6 is particularly relevant to the situation at Spanish River High School that Dr. Giraldi reported. As are all CFNS Task Forces, Task Force 6 is assembled under the guidance of a “team leader,” who will “show team members what to do, how to do it, and monitor their progress.”

        Once a “treasure-trove of persuasive evidence . . . is compiled,” CFNS

“will offer it to those who need it most: prosecutors, law enforcement officials, media reporters, judges, congressional staffs, college professors, government at all levels, think tanks, public school administrators – the list is endless.

Here’s the specific mission of Task Force 6:

“Examine Florida K-12 public school programs to determine the extent of Islamic influence on curricula, student clubs, joint school/community projects, etc.
        a. Learn the process for how books are selected.
        b. See who is on the boards for choosing the books.
        c. Determine the book selection criteria.
        d. Find out the names of publishing companies and organizations which provide deliberately biased books and teaching materials regarding the Middle East.
        e. Find out names and backgrounds of administrators and teachers responsible for initiating, promoting or influencing Islamic student groups.
        f. Identify relationships between Islamic student clubs and groups, and Islamic community organizations.”

Does an equivalent body exist that empowers itself to apply those same parameters to unearthing a “treasure trove” of information on Holocaust™ education, text books, publishing companies and organizations, and relationships to zionist organizations and to Israel in US public schools?

speech (in any form like arriving at a rally or judicial hearing armed with pitchforks, loud speakers, carrying and swinging chains) , or publication (like clothing, tatoos, etc ) are the tools of individuals who comprise society. Speech and Publication in any form are protected by a unilateral promise, those who own you and your nation state promise in their constitution that they w\n impose any law that abridges your freedom of speech or of the press (right of publication), one can say anything, but the I got you, is in the content and context of such speech or publications < not protected.. Content of speech or context of the publication in which the speech or publication were delivered are regulated by society, law, custom, and are enforced by the use of force and societal excommunication. Law, religious or nation state, is by the way, a use of force.
We humans have allowed our 8 billion in numbers to be divided into fewer than 200 different containers called nation states.. Those who divided us, have appointed to rule us, the cream of the criminal crop (CCCs). The CCC rulers job is to differentiate the people and the state, they have been appointed to lead, as much as possible from the nation states and the people's of the other nation states. Those trapped in each of these nation state containers, are punished for acts that offend the CCC. Those trapped in the containers are subject to arrest, conviction, and punishment as determined not be a jury of peers but on command of the CCC who lead the nation state. Further, the nation state contained people are taught and made to believe that when the CCC leaders decide to pit the people of the state against the people of another CCC lead nation state that the people of both states should hate each other, as a matter of law, so much that the people of both nations should arm themselves and try to kill each other after all war is for the pleasure of the CCC.

USA occupied America is no different that any of the other nation states. Economic zionism explains the system. Humanity does not need a leader to lead its people container state, it needs an armed structure, that responds only to majority will.

Actually it is a private operation that uses the awesome powers of the governments they cream of the criminally corrupt (CCC) now own. The CCC are using the nation state to impose restrictions on the governed masses that those who objected to the constitution (anti-federlist) complained about. Luckily , the anti-federalist were successful in forcing the constitution to be amended to include the bill of rights. They did this by refusing to ratify the constitution, unless these few contractual protections were made a part of it.

The problem is the Cream of the Criminally Corrupt (CCC), have control over nearly all of the nation states, and oligarchs, the monopolies, and corporations the CCC oligarchs own. Nothing can be done to fix that, they are too powerful, and if they get 5g which they have dropped everything to install, we are back to pre 1776 days.. different king differ local corporations, different oligarchs but the same tyranny.

5g is a weapon, its a mind control device, its listening device, its a spy-on-you device, it uses frequencies that compete with the O:O bonding in your blood, and it interferes with, takes over, and imposes corrupt redirects in calcium channel signaling.. Worse, it can be used to locate and identify 1 person from 8 billion and can track, kill and mentally corrupt that individual or all members of entire group of individuals.. 5g in the hands of the CCC will provide them with microscopic, teloscopic control over all persons in the world. Freedom and independent thought will not only end, it will not be found anywhere again in the world IMO.

A slogan like “unite the right”only serves the bastard end of the power elite striving to ensure that the public remains divided into their left vrs. right inaine polarity. It is not individualism which has to be saved. That is just another “ism” and after all the abuses it has heaped on the weak in its law of the jungle concept on freedom, in the final analysis it is no better than communism.

What Western civilization is losing very fast is the integrity of the individual person. You see this very clearly in the erosion of our basic rights starting with the right to life, free speech, the integrity of the individual vote, the cultural-Marxist orientated government and educational system, and particularly with the corrupt, corrupt, lying and dissembling mainstream mockingbird media that believes it has an absolute right to poison the minds of people with any fakery it wants. What has to be united are individual persons who are virtuous, trustworthy, reliable, and responsible and who are willing to make whatever sacrifices that are necessary to take back control of their nations and with complete transparency, totally reform them.

If white men are hoping that a billionaire white Christian man will come to aid their cause, they’ll be waiting for a VERY long time. They’ve got to start realizing that Christianity, a mere offshoot of Judaism, is little more than controlled opposition, and a large part of the problem. This business reminds me of the prosecution and persecution of Matt Hale,

Me too. Matt Hale was first deplatformed from the legal profession after passing the Illinois bar. The Illinois Bar Association refused to issue him a law license if I recall correctly because they didn’t approve of his pro-white political beliefs.

Then he was set up by an informant for allegedly soliciting the murder of a federal judge. The informant was a known liar and was getting paid big bucks to entrap Matt Hale. There was no audio evidence that Hale ever issued an order to kill the federal judge and the informant told the jury that Hale nodded his head when he offered to do the deed which can be heard on tape. That doesn’t meet normal evidentiary standards, but when a pro-white and anti-semite is on trial the standards are much lower.

Hale’s worthless defense attorney was a former U.S. prosecutor who forget whose side he was on and attacked Hale’s beliefs throughout the trial. Hale’s conviction should be thrown out and a new trial granted but that will never happen in Jewish occupied America and he’s now lost seventeen years of his life as of 2019 all because the Jews have thin skin.

      54. I’m not a lawyer but it seems obvious that a protester’s being prepared for violence does not establish intent to commit violence. Women who carry pepper spray, or police officers with their guns, body guards and security officers, and people like my Jewish psychiatrist neighbor who carry a gun when their work takes them into dangerous neighborhoods, are all prepared to respond to violent assault with defensive violence. It’s legal, whether or not it’s wise, to protest with the expectation that you may be assaulted for doing so. A demonstrator is allowed to prepare to defend himself within the bounds set by the relevant laws.
In the 1960s I attended the big antiwar demonstrations in Washington DC where a fair number of the radicals wore crash helmets and some carried baseball bats. Nobody was arrested for doing this, to the best of my knowledge. And of course the Antifa people were carrying sticks and wearing masks (illegally) both in Charlottesville and later in DC.
I suspect the US Supreme Court would back my view. The right’s problem is not being able to afford lawyers, and also it’s hard to get judges or lawyers to do the right thing given the many incentives for them to do the wrong thing.
The right needs to work on building critical mass through non-violent get-togethers with special attention paid to outing infiltrators (mandatory polygraphs?) and providing such positive and negative incentives as they can legally provide to those who work with them or against them.

It’s very insulting to say that Christianity is “controlled opposition.” Certainly there are Christian churches that have been bought or conned into doing the bidding of the left, but there are also Christians who sincerely agree with the left on various things, and other Christians who sincerely oppose the left. Liberal Protestants increasingly challenge the behavior of Israel toward the Palestinians. Is that part of the Jewish plot?
If Christianithy is “a mere offshoot of Judaism” so is Islam. Does that mean Jews can rest easily when Osama bin Laden or the Mufti of Jerusalem come knocking?
Jews, for their part, increasingly view Christianity as the cause of the Holocaust, as opposed to Nazi paganism. Uh-oh! Better hire a PR firm!
During the pre-Christian pagan period, pagans cheerfully sold their pagan brothers and sisters to slave dealers including Jewish slave dealers. How does that fit in your narrative?
Christianity establishes a moral framework that many of us think is the right one. The fault lies not in Christianity but in the failure of Christians to do what their beliefs demand. In that they are no different from secular moralists, though Christians have an additional incentive in that they believe the Supreme Being is watching and that justice must prevail in the end.

And yet it was all rejected not so long ago. Even Hillary opposed gay marriage within the last ten years. The demand for political conformity seems likely to crush all opposition. But what happens then?

      59. @fnn

In any case, retreating to bunkers in the countryside is not a political solution-it is a rejection of politics and essentially surrender.

Now, that’s an interesting contention. I don’t think it’s true.

        a) The countryside elected Trump, not the cities. Remember how the popular vote went. The Democrats lost because their imported voters didn’t and couldn’t live outside the cities, and so the cities were overruled by the countryside. This suggests that _more_ should move to the countryside, especially in swing states. Remaining in the city when your tax dollars simply go to importing more foreigners to out-vote you strikes me as a losing game.

        b) The cities are not economically productive, and appear to be living on tax dollars. Their politics are determined by their lack of economic viability, not by their residents.
Moreover, city politics are failing in that the cities are relying on more and more desperate expedients (income from homeless population support, for example) to support infrastructure that has an increasing outage rate (which shows that the infrastructure is failing), and in that the various groups of imported voters apparently do not understand industrial society, hence are incapable of maintaining city infrastructure, and are in active revolt against the existing city political establishment.
Intellectually, city politics are an endless replay of the burning issues _in Russia_ of 1919. Same old stuff, every year, only the names have changed. “The Junkers are coming!” becomes “The Whites are coming!”, and everybody runs around like an idiot while actual events occur in the background.

        c) Rural politics appears to determining national politics. Not just the election of Trump, but actual national politics. Ending immigration is now a subject of active political debate, and (to be blunt) the only thing the Democrats can say about it is that they are going to take the Presidency, both houses, keep the Judiciary, and do the damn-damn dance on the Republicans. Or, “I’ll get my older brother and he’ll show you! Just you wait!”. That is not a political response, it is a “threatened triumph of force over politics”, and a legitimization of violence. Antifa is something similar. This is a foolish move; the cities as they are now can’t even survive peace without violence.

So: In any case, retreating to bunkers in the countryside is not a political solution-it is a rejection of politics and essentially surrender. is the conventional wisdom, and historically has usually been true, but it doesn’t seem to be true right now.

In this case they did stuff in pubic MULTIPLE times right under the noses of the news media. It was like the Four Musketeers movie. The fellow who pled guilty made a smart move, probabally he listened to others he was in jail with about the consequences of trying to fight it.

      76. 75 comments. That’s all the interest this article generated at The Unz Review. Why is that? Are the “Rightists” here averting their eyes? Why was there no monetary support for young Fields and the RAM fellows?

I’ve come to the conclusion that the “Right” in this country is comprised of indolent cowards, always looking for a savior (Ronnie Raygun, Trump) to do the heavy lifting for them. There is no creative thinking, strategy, above and below ground organization, willingness to labor (unless it is blogging), institutional control, networking, or money. Yeah, I know: All these things are risky. The fact is these things were less risky in 1964. There really is a huge difference in the risk levels between that time and now. As I see it the American “Right” is simply averse to risk and are quite creative when it comes to rationalizing the aversion. It has been this way for 55 years. Why?

The political Right in this country is comprised of conservatives. Their conservatism has less to do with political philosophy than it does with nature – that is, these people are conservative by nature. I call that “foundational conservatism,” which would mean that a foundationally conservative individual in Russia might be a Communist. The foundational conservative is not a K-selected lion. Rather, he is an r-selected rabbit. Rabbits believe whatever the grifters they call “leaders” tell them to believe. Believing in a thing is easier, less risky than actually doing something. And that, in my opinion, is why we’ve had our asses kicked for 55 years and why young men like Alex Fields and RAM, led by an ineffectual, grifting intelligentsia, are jailed.

Instead of a cohesive and high trust society, alt-right millennials have been shoved into the world to aimlessly figure it out for themselves. It’s easy to take cheap shots at the young for being spoiled and having daddy issues, but you had the benefit of having parents who instilled you with a strong work ethic and sense of identity. Instead of raising children yourselves, Boomers let the public schools do it while rigging pension systems and having third and fourth marriages.

IOW, equal rights and equality under the law is now a thing of the past. Pro-white political beliefs have now been made de facto illegal and unconstitutional.

In this particular case the RAM defendants really had no choice but to plead out rather than put their fate in the hands of jury comprised of rabid leftist swine from the city of Charlottesville. They didn’t want to end up like James Fields.

In the RAM case that occurred in California, federal district court judge Cormac Carney struck down The Riot Act and said that it punishes expressive conduct that is protected under the first amendment, is in discord with the Brandenburg v. Ohio ruling and is therefore unconstitutional. He also added that peaceful demonstrations can quickly turn into riots given their political nature and that the use of this law in effect suppresses a particular viewpoint which it does since the feds are using it to punish whites who don’t hate themselves.

But instead of bringing their false theology up against the historic Word and the Christ who is objectively present in history, and whose words are objectively presented in Scripture, you dump the whole business. … The way to handle this is not to toss out the Christian faith but to apply the Christian faith.

For a brief moment, I was tempted to refute this boomer bashing. Then I came to my senses.

Human beings need villains to help make sense of their predicament. Sometimes the villains are real, sometimes not. Satan was seen as a regular cause of human misery. Similarly witchcraft. The Russians were recently meddling in our cherished democratic elections. People of a certain color, colored people, were seen as the root of decay. Really crazy people even manage to blame Jews, even though nearly all of them were pushed into gas chambers by the Nazis.

Point is, we all need villains. So yea, the boomers are just a miserable, evil, hedonistic, mildly retarded, self centered cohort. And once they are gone, we can begin to rebuild.

      91. Gregory Conte: “At this point, what ethical obligation has any American to follow the law?”

Noteworthy is the almost incendiary rage of the author at the so-called justice system. He seems to stop just short of calling for a revolution. But, as perhaps he also realizes, for the right to call for revolution involves a contradiction. The RAM boys and most of the rest of the right and alt-right see themselves as defenders of America, while at the same time they depict the antifa and leftists in general as attackers. Defenders of the regime and conservatives are supposed to be against revolution, not advocates for it. This opposition to revolution is a large part of the reason the right never has gotten anywhere, and never will. It isn’t opposed to the totalitarian system itself, it just dreams of taking it over and making it run better.

In the comments, some have wondered at their stupidity. Were they actually dumb enough to think that the police were going to protect them, and wouldn’t betray them? After Ruby Ridge and Waco? After the way Tom Metzger, Matt Hale, and innumerable others who are lesser known have been railroaded by the system? Yet that has always been the congenital defect of the right. They are the pro- “law and order” side. They support the police, and take pains to do everything “legally” (as though that means anything). At Charlottesville they were deferential, called the policemen “sir”, waved the American flag, and so forth, and then took their usual pratfall. They showed up, in other words, with their mouths full of “Thank you sir may I have another?”, and got their asses ritually kicked once again. It was quite a show. Events unfolded as though choreographed, and in the ensuing riot and the trials and sentencing that resulted America got both to expiate its collective guilt and parade its own Christian moral goodness by “crucifying” some young white men for being racists.

Perhaps this article shows the right is maturing, or is at least an indication that it is beginning to generate some revolutionary factions. Maybe it will lead to a broad realization that the system itself is terminally corrupt, unsalvageable, and that its enforcers, the police, are actually some of the worst scum on the face of the earth, but I doubt it. Tomorrow, I suspect it will be back to business as usual. Somewhere, some negro will kill a cop, and the right will weep bitter tears.

I get along fine with Millennials and Zoomers, but think the crux of the problem comes down to the inherent selfishness of most Boomers. Boomers were, after all, the first generation truly liberated by technology. They were blessed with working-class fathers who worked their asses off, earning extremely good wages – far better than what is possible for today’s working-class. The Boomers’ Silent- and Greatest-generation parents were raised under conditions that had more in common with the 19th and earlier centuries than the latter half of the 20th. Having experienced The Great Depression, two wars (WWII & Korea), being blessed with widespread application of semiconductor technology due in part to the Space Program, and now earning a “fantastically” high income, these parents were inclined to spoil their Boomer children. And they did.

From what I can tell the kids in the Alt-Right were from the working- and lower middle-class, many raised by a single female parent, and forced to live among diversity in the valley or at the bottom of the hill. Children raised in mostly-white neighborhoods in the Laguna Hills-Aliso Viejo-Lake Forrest axis were not, to my knowledge, represented. The willingness of white people living in the latter environment to sell kids from the former environment short is shameful, imo.

No, the Alt-Right leaders were not “dumb enough.” They were fully aware of the examples you’ve provided, and knew what could and did happen. Their working assumption was, “Any press is good press.” While this assumption seemed to work for Hitler under different circumstances, it hasn’t worked for American rightists for several decades.

Lacking financial and reliable community volunteer resources, local “boots on ground” network for information dissemination, and reliable media contacts, the grifting leaders of the Alt-Right specifically chose to do their thing, unsupported, in enemy territory.

Since Charlottesville, Jared Taylor of American Renaissance chose to go on CNN. Why? Because All press is good press!

This is not America, 1968, where the well-organized allies of dissidents control the press and an army of well-financed lawyers are ready to engage in lawfare. This is 2019. The situation is different. The enemy controls the entire system lock, stock, and barrel.

Of course the UtR attendees, at least many of them, knew what antifa and other elements of the left were capable of and they prepared accordingly by wearing helmets, bringing shields, wearing goggles, bringing pepper spray, etc.

But what were the signs that the city of Charlottesville was going to throw the attendees completely to the wolves like they did? Then on top of that to hunt attendees down and prosecute them for injuring left wing street scum in the course of defending themselves from mayhem that the city created through a combination of conspiracy and incompetence?

Absolutely everyone knows better now, but Charlottesville marked a watershed in American history and left wing strongholds are now sundown towns for people with right of center political opinions and where they can violate the civil and constitutional rights of their right of center political opponents with impunity.

Ken, I saw it coming and decided not to go, though Charlottesville is only about an hour’s drive for me. The people who did go and ended up being attacked by antifa and abandoned by the cops were, as we locals say, “not from ’round here”.

Quite a few people predicted the deliberate “mishandling” by Mike Signer’s cops. He’s a snake, and anybody who knows the situation in Charlottesville could have predicted the way things happened. As to the DoJ’s assault on these guys, it isn’t surprising considering who Trump put in charge. Bob Barr has done this kind of thing before, in case you don’t remember.

I’m sorry for the victims in this case. It’s obvious that the kind of activism promoted by the fakers who led people into this mess is worthless and counterproductive.

“But what were the signs that the city of Charlottesville was going to throw the attendees completely to the wolves like they did?”

The 20th century. Namely, the 20th century Left, or, to be more precise, communists, communism.

For the record I’m not Right or Left. But the Right has always struck me as very savy, very aware of what communism was capable of. And before C’ville it was very common to hear those on the Right refer to these people as communists, and rightly so. Anyway, that would be my answer to that question.

        Still, your point’s well taken.

“left wing strongholds are now sundown towns for people with right of center political opinions and where they can violate the civil and constitutional rights of their right of center political opponents with impunity.”

Absolutely. And not just for the Right. As I’m sure you well know, they look at anyone who does not share their rigid ideological committments, their blind obedience to the authority of their belief system, as “Far Right-wing Nazis”, etc. Anyone who loves freedom. That’s a group of people who extend far beyond the Right.

Everyone knows the worst is yet to come. But it’s important to keep in mind that they are not invincible. Their system will collapse. It’s just what they’re willing to do until that happens that’s the problem.

      101. That crapper’s dispute was with some muslim new Swede imports. If he’d assaulted a white Swede maybe he’d have got off lighter. These crappers promote violence in their “art” and on the stage but when they take it to the street they complain about the consequences. And when asked to intervene Trump should have condemned the promotion of violence by crap “artists” instead of asking for leniency. It seems that was a verbal dispute that the Yank crapper escalated to physical. Good work Trump, stand by your own even when they’re in the wrong.

The fact he speaks to Kanye West alone makes me wanna puke and now Kanye asks for help to release a violent repeat offender from a jail in Sweden…Why does Trump care.?? Why dont the rest of the magic negro race in America flaunt their political will and do this on their own. Why isn’t Oprah stepping up?? What a shit show..

        Yes, “right-wing” Jews.

As so many dupes don’t realize is that when a “right-wing” Jew is exhorting the crowd to militancy for “God and country” the Jew is not talking about *our* God or *our* country.

A good example is Youtube sensation “Patriot Nurse”, who goes awfully quiet when 9/11 is mentioned.

Sounds like you had the benefit of local intel. People coming from several states away didn’t have that benefit.

The people who did go and ended up being attacked by antifa and abandoned by the cops were, as we locals say, “not from ’round here”.

Most of the left wing attackers weren’t from around there either, but they largely got off scot free since the Charlottesville authorities agreed with their radical left’s “anti-fascist” politics.

Yes, I had the advantage of knowing the city and the politicians. That asshole, Signer has the same first and last name as a friend of mine (deceased now) who was a coin shop owner in Richmond. It kind of irks me to see the name in print now.

The whole scene was so obviously a setup, and it went bad faster than I had imagined it would.

I must respectfully disagree that the “baby boomers” are the problem…
It is those of “the greatest generation” (WW2) who pushed the immigration act of 1965 and the failed civil-rights laws on us.
In fact, the civil-rights laws were forced on us whites by no other than “greatest generation” President Eisenhower at the point of federal bayonets. Let’s not forget “supreme court justice” Thurgood Marshall who equated black preference with white dolls as proof of “racism”.
Us “baby boomers” suffered as much, being denied our birthright by (failed) civil-rights (for some) and affirmative action policies. Those of us who were aware and cognizant of the travesties pushed upon us by “the greatest generation” were outnumbered and outmanned. We were the first generation to come up under the failed “civil-rights” laws and uncontrolled third-world immigration, all brought on and imposed by those of the “greatest generation”. I was personally denied gainful employment commensurate with my skills because of “quotas” and “affirmative action”.
The “chickens have come home to roost” with the uncontrolled flow of illegal immigrants.

Unfortunately, that’s not true. Cities are a giant blue stack in a sea of red, even more so because Republicans are contractually obligated to ignore voter fraud. Just look at MN or IL: one giant metropolis runs the whole state, country folk be damned. I’m fairly sure the Chicago mayor has more power than the IL governor.

America’s best possible outcome is to end up like Michigan, where the cities failed so spectacularly that the power passed back to the countryside, which is slowly reclearing the urban jungle and its associated wildlife.

      112. @KenH

For what it’s worth, the Daily Stormer advised attendees not to bring guns or knives, to obey police at all times, not to start any fights, etc., explaining that any violence was sure to be blamed on the right rather than police or counter-protesters.

      113. @Richard B

“Their system will collapse” if and only if the right gets up the nerve to talk frankly in mainstream venues about the sociological and financial dynamics of the struggle between left and right, which means specifically the assault by secular Jews on Christian hegemony, whose proxy wars include civil rights, women’s rights, gay rights, ‘hate crime’ and ‘hate speech’ legislation, and the foreign policy initiatives against Christian Russia and the Islamic nations.

      114. @anarchyst

Civil rights and immigration laws were forced upon the trusting, politically ignorant mass of the Silent and Greatest generations by the traitors among them. I include among those traitors Eisenhower, JFK, LBJ, Nixon, Carter, Reagan, their cabinets, federal and supreme court justices, most congressmen, governors, and legislatures of crucial states. Boomers – the wealthiest, best educated, most spoiled and least acquainted with physical work, and most widely traveled generation ever – aided, abetted, and celebrated the “counter-cultcha” in massive numbers, enthusiastically boarded the yuppie express and, since 1992, have enthusiastically accelerated and presided over the dystopian result. We knew better than our elders, remember? Our elders were clueless, needed to be ignored, needed to hurry up and die, remember? Couldn’t trust anybody over 30, remember? Boomers are not victims. More than any generation preceding or following them, boomers are culpable. Karma.

Forced? Nobody was forced to vote for these politicians. They were voted for willingly, even enthusiastically, and often re-elected. In fact, Eisenhower, Nixon, and Reagan won landslide victories. After the American Civil War, white Christian America had already decided that negroes should be given equal citizenship with whites, including the vote. By that decision, American whites formally announced and ratified into law that their own white race was entitled to no special privileges in their country, nor any special claim to it. Twentieth century civil rights and immigration law changes were only an implementation and a foreseeable consequence of this. Why did it happen? Just as abolitionism during the Civil War drew its strength from Christianity, Christian delusions regarding an imaginary brotherhood of man continued to diminish the stature of the white race in twentieth century America too. White, Christian Americans have chosen to smoke Christian opium and pleasure themselves with utopian dreams of universal brotherhood rather than face hard racial reality. They’ve been addicts since at least the 1860s.

      116. @Counterinsurgency

Precedents abound. According to Marxist Franz Neumann’s Behemoth, in Weimar Germany, the Nazi Party created clone organizations that paralleled government agencies, ready to displace them, once the Nazis were in power. Think The Invasion of the Body Snatchers.

However, that required outside money. Under the racial socialist welfare state, revolutionary forces–black supremacists, feminazis, reconquistas, white Communists–have simply taken over existing, taxpayer-subsidized agencies and organizations, and created new ones, thus forcing whites to pay for their own disenfranchisement, economic dispossession, and eventual genocide.
